Hoping I can find some RoundRobin experts out there. Let me tell you what I'm trying to do, as I have yet to be successful.
Context: We have a small team of ~15 agents. Everyone works out of the same queue and topics. In other words, there are no agents who only work on some things and not on others. Everyone is working out of the same pot together!
Goal: I simply want RoundRobin to assign out tickets from our unassigned queue at 30 minute intervals, 3 in 30 m. These tickets should be sent to agents who are available. I've assigned each agent's availability "By Schedule"
What I'm Doing: This is how I believe it should look. To my understanding, once all agents are switched "on" and are identified as "green" (per their schedule), the active queue should be assigning 3 tickets to any available agent every 30 minutes.
When I go to test this concept, no tickets assign out - despite some agents being "green" and there being plenty of tickets in our unassigned queue. I've reached out to RoundRobin directly regarding this, but haven't been successful there either. I wish they did video walkthroughs!
