  One addition: not only re-order, if we were able to add a drop-down value between the existing ones it was also very helpful.

  You have the sort alphabetically, maybe you can add just to sort it on the opposite way too?

  We need to be able to reorder items in dropdowns via the Ticket Fields > Ticket Field Options. Currently, you can make it alphabetical or just use the order they were created in. These should be handled the same way macro reordering is handled.
