    Sorry for the multiple comments. Darren Miller wrote above "The only other way to output these results is very clunky and not at all user friendly. " and I'd love to know what that plan B option is because it is absolutely imperative for our business that we get this information. Thanks.

    This is something I would also require.  Having recently moved support system to Zendesk we are required to report on monthly end faults.  In this report is also includes a solution summary detailed in a multi line box.  Even just being able to have the field available for viewing in a report would be sufficient.

    There is some good news here. While multi line text fields are not available in Insights, they are available in Explore. First expand 'Ticket Custom Fields'.

     

    ... and you should find your custom multi line text field there.

    You can change the format using Chart Configuration>Columns

    ... so you can include the customer's email in an Explore report, but not Insights.
