    We haven't had a new CSAT tip in a while! But this is a good one. And Andrew reports his CSAT responses have gone way up since implementing this.

    hey Brett,

     

    The goal would be to customise the CSAT landing page in the same way that you would customise guide for example with custom html and css allowing us to provide a landing page with the look and fell of our business.

    IS there an option that clients just click on the link but does not take them to a page to give feedback?

    As the base product stand, there are no immediate plans to implement this update. I would recommend posting in our Support Product Feedback forums so our developers can consider your suggestion or future updates.
