Is it possible to request the additional functionality to customize the landing page that users are taken to, to complete the survey?

hey Brett,
The goal would be to customise the CSAT landing page in the same way that you would customise guide for example with custom html and css allowing us to provide a landing page with the look and fell of our business.

As the base product stand, there are no immediate plans to implement this update. I would recommend posting in our Support Product Feedback forums so our developers can consider your suggestion or future updates.
