Small Insights Tip - Show the latest sync time

    This is super awesome. Getting some weird results though... If it's going by the time my account is set to (PST), Zendesk has almost a 24 delay (which can't be right). If going by my local time (since I'm traveling for business), the delay is around 11 hours...which still kind of sucks. If it's going by East Coast time, it's about two hour delay, which seems right...but I have no idea why it would be pulling East Coast time.

    Hi John!

    The frequency of the sync-up between Zendesk and Insights is going to vary depending a couple factors.

    If you're on the Plus plan, your data syncs once per day. If you're on Enterprise, your data syncs hourly. BUT, that's not every hour, on the hour. Depending on the amount of data in your Zendesk, it might take more than an hour to actually sync up. Once the sync is complete, Zendesk waits for an hour, and then starts the whole process over again.

    So I actually just found the historical update table on the Manage tab, which made finding this information super easy.

    For the amount of data we have, it takes an average of 133 minutes for the Zendesk and Insights DBs to sync, with peaks of up to 230 minutes during busy hours.
