    Hi Nora , can you help me out, how create a report for an agent availability in talk, example .. Let's say i want to see for how long a determinate agent  was online on talk last week, or yesterday?

    Hi Rene!

    I have checked on this and I'm afraid that it is not possible to measure the total amount of Available vs. Unavailable time on Insights. At the moment there are no metrics for this in GoodData.

    You may try to create a custom metric for this instead: Creating Custom Metrics
