    Hi Simon,

    You can add the following Global Javascript extension - that should do the trick.

    It will work only on article-pages, not ideas or questions forums.

    If you need to affect all 3 types, change the .indexOf text to "0 people" only

    Hope that helps,

    jQuery(document).ready(function() {
    vote = jQuery('#voting_control>input')
    if (jQuery('#voting_control').text().indexOf('0 people found this useful')!=-1) {
    jQuery('#voting_control>input').attr('value','Be the first to like!'); //optional - change the wording of the Vote button

    Hi Tal

    Thanks so much for takign the time to help me - really appreciated!

    I did try this, creating a Java Script Widget, but it does not seem to have removed the tag from the bottom of knowledgebase articles....for example:

    I just selected Java Script Widget and pasted in the code you provided (no alterations) so I assume that is all I need to do?

    I appreciate your time and if you can help further I would be really grateful!

    @Jennifer - thanks! I was lurking for a while, but I promise to help when I can :)

    @Simon - make sure that the JS Widget is set to "Available for = Anyone, including people who have not signed in" so this will be executed for anonymous users as well.

    Hi Tal

    Ahh - I have changed to "Available for = Anyone, including people who have not signed in".

    I did indeed have that incorrect so thanks for the heads up.

    And thank you for takign the time to help me - I really appreciate it very much....!
