- User Data - Surface customer info and ticket history right next to a ticket
- Knowledge Capture - Automatically search your Help Center for relevant articles and add links directly to tickets. Depending on when you joined Zendesk, this might be pre-installed in your account (see Opening the Knowledge Capture app).
- Time Tracking - Capture the time your agents spend on every ticket
- Five Most Recent - Display the five most recent tickets your customer has submitted
- Sidebar Search - Automatically search your Help Center for relevant articles
- Show Related Tickets - Display the five most recent tickets your customer has submitted
- iframe (formerly Sidebar icon app) - Embed any website in your Zendesk
- Linked Ticket - Create a child ticket from an existing parent ticket
- Notification app - Broadcast a message to all agents signed in to your Zendesk account
