**Topic: Adding and sorting customers according their last CSat.
How to: If your organization wants to know who is who regarding their last CSat you can do so with triggers.
First. You need to create a User Field with Satisfaction options:
- Bad with comment
- Good with comment
Second. Now the triggers, I created 5 different triggers, to each one set the Customer satisfaction accordingly. (If these can be improved to one trigger let me know)
This will make the trick, now you can create a list with a filter *Satisfaction*.
