I'm really excited about the new Pathfinder app as I have recently started looking after our Zendesk articles.
The data that Pathfinder supplies is really valuable to help me understand where the gaps are in our articles. It helps me see what needs updating and what search terms our customers are using to improve tagging and search results.
However, at the moment you need to click into each individual ticket to get this information. This is fine if you are an agent answering requests, but for my purposes, which revolve more around analysis of data, it would help me if there were a place or a way in which I could get all the data together at once. Maybe a new tab on the reporting pages?
