    Why does the app require write access to my Zendesk account? I would prefer to grant it only read access.

    Thanks for your question Douglas! You are correct that this recipe can be performed with only read access, however other Workato recipes that perform more complex Zendesk integrations (like Zendesk to Salesforce or Quickbooks) require write access. Because Workato only asks you to connect your Zendesk account once, we ask for write access to ensure the connection works for all recipes. We will not write to your Zendesk account in any manner unless you run a recipe that requires it. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    It's a great solution, thanks for sharing it. Unfortunately having to pay for Workato to get this functionality in Zendesk is pretty prohibitive (as the pricing is too high for a small team).

    I'm disappointed that Zendesk doesn't appear to be pursuing this internally and I'd love to see an allowance for built-in triggers based on a certain number of tickets within a period (as outlined in this other forum posting: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115006952727-Triggers-based-on-Quantity-of-Tickets?page=1#community_comment_360002107588). Thanks!
