Some processes require attaching calendar events to tickets such as change management, scheduling work to be completed, customer consultation visits etc. Wouldn’t it be great if this was possible from within the ticket with just a few clicks?
Using the Calendar app, you’re now able add events to a ticket simply by selecting the date, time and duration from the apps pane.
Users are also able to view all events on a centralised calendar screen. This is particularly useful for managers who can switch between team calendars. Clicking on an event will take you straight into the ticket it's attached to.
The Calendar app also fits in with your 'Change Management' processes, allowing you to create as many team calendars as required, and for each calendar, define which teams can create events, and who only has access to view them.
