    Hi Ken!

    I think you could get close, even accomplish your goal, with the following metric: 

    select((select # solved tickets where resolution time < 24)/# solved tickets)

    The important thing to remember with custom metics performing mathematical calculations is a beginning SELECT as well as parenthesis surrounding the entire metric is always needed.

    Hello.  I'd like to create the same metric.  I tried the using the same syntax above, but am receiving an error saying "Unexpected end of string." when running.  Also, the first and last parenthesis are highlighted in yellow in the editor.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

    Are you typing or copy/pasting that syntax into your report? Or are you selecting each of the items from the metrics and attribute menus?
