Mystery: Deleting suspended tickets not working in Chrome

    Hey Simon!

    I'm using Chrome 52.0.2743.116, and I was not able to duplicate this issue.

    I believe that Chrome has been updated very recently...my first suggestion would be to make sure that Chrome is completely up to date. It's not at all unusual for things to break on an old version after a new version has been released.

    I also checked on our current known issues, and I don't see any other reports of this problem. If the browser update doesn't take care of the issue, I'd recommend submitted a Support ticket so we can take a closer look for you!

    Thanks for your reply and just to share, it turns out clearing cookies fixed the issue (although not sure why).

    Just wanted to get back and record this - it was a fault at my end, not Zendesk!
