Just wondering if others are having this issue....normally to delete more than one ticket in the suspended queue you just select multiple tickets to delete and click the delete button up top right. (This is detailed in step 3 of help article https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203691046-Viewing-recovering-and-deleting-suspended-tickets)
However for the last few days this has been working erratically and today not at all - the black button is greyed out (cannot click). Even selecting one ticket gets the same result.
Alternatively, in Firefox it works fine.
ADDITION: Just discovered delete from within a normal ticket (that is a ticket that is open, being viewed and not in suspended) does not work for me either. The only way to dismiss the ticket is to close it.
Would anyone have any ideas?
