We all love Zendesk, but as every complex solution it doesn't cover all the use cases. If your business has a very active community, this application called 'Help Center to Support' (HCS) will definitely be of help.
This app lets your agents receive and answer users’ comments posted in the Help Center directly in your agent’s interface (aka Support).
And yes, when a post or comment is automatically turned into a ticket, the agent's reply through the ticket gets posted back onto the community or knowledge base in the Help Center! You can also moderate the unwanted user's content in the HC straight from the app.
