I've been trying to build a report in Insights to show our "after hours" AFRT (5pm-10pm weekdays, 10am-10pm weekends and holidays). I have our business hours defined in the support schedule as 7am-5pm, M-F.
I can get AFRT for Sat/Sun with a filter, or I can get it for weeknight hours, but I can't seem to get both in one report. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way to run a report on the inverse of the business hours AFRT report?
