Please enableYouTrack integration with Zendesk such that Zendesk can have multiple YouTrack projects integrated for ticket sharing.
YouTrack integration with Zendesk is relatively easy and a big value-add for us. We mostly use it for Zendesk Problems so we do not have a huge volume of tickets shared. Unfortunately, the integration only works for 1 YouTrack project. It seems that the integration is set up to accommodate the use of one of a number of YouTrack projects integrated to Zendesk because the sharing field is a drop-down, however, at this time it is not possible to integrate with more than one project.
On the YouTrack side, we have multiple development teams, each one has it's own project so we need the ability to integrate with multiple YouTrack projects so that we can choose the right project to share the problem ticket with.
We tried setting up a YouTrack Project where we put all issues reported to the Service Desk so that we could work with one project integrated to YouTrack, but that didn't work because Development teams ignored tickets that were not in their project. Also, there were difficulties reporting on and getting updates from linked tickets into Zendesk is not possible.
Note this request is NOT asking for on Zendesk ticket to be shared with multiple Youtrack projects simultaneously.
