For the last few months, we have deployed a "chat in flow"on our website, so our customers can start a chat session with our customer support team from any page in our webshop.
Currently however, there is no feature that enables us to measure what topics customers raise from which page. The chat dashboard does show from what pages user initiate those chats, however we are not able to download / generate / create a report on this from the chat dashboard and it is not available from insights either.
As 40% of our CS traffic is chat, and as we aim to raise this percentage, it would be great for us to understand which page on our website triggers certain customer contacts. We would like to see this as a future development.
