    Actually, I'm pretty sure Chat does NOT give you, in the transcript nor reports, where the Chat was initiated, only the LANDING page of the visitor. Where they started. Not where they "gave up" and started Chatting....

    Therefore, I added my vote to your feature request because we meed this too!!

    Hi Christianne and Heather,

    If you use Google Analytics on your website alongside the widget, you can use the GA events to see what pages had the most button clicks or chats served by an agent.
