Online messages from customers not being forwarded to my email
BeantwortetFirst of all let me say Zopim needs to have a direct email for support tickets! This hole community thing is a joke.
As of yesterday a message submitted on Zopim by a customer was not sent to my email...why? Every message left online has always been forwarded to my email.
Is this a feature Zopim is dropping? If so, I have plenty of other choices for live website chat companies. Maybe I should start looking?

You can email chat@zendesk.com or support@zendesk.com, please email the time and message that have gone missing and the team can investigate the issue further. They will check the email logs for you.
It is not a feature we are planning to drop.
