I am creating a report to review my support team's performance in 2018. I've been asked to include a "Monthly Breakdown of 2018, so we can see how types + volume of tickets on a monthly basis".
This is what I managed to come up with, but it's looking a bit cluttered. Any suggestions for how this information could be better displayed? Volume is on the Y axis on the left (but has been covered for company data reasons).
From Jan-April we used request types to find the types of tickets being received, then changed to ticket forms from April-Dec. I was thinking of a form of stacked bar chart with each month, then type on top?
