As stated in https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/230553307-Understanding-how-Talk-calls-become-tickets any outbound call creates a ticket and this cannot be disabled. We make many outbound calls through Talk that should not turn into tickets by default.
Just like there is a setting for creating ticket for abandoned calls, there should be one to disable for outbound calls. Right now after each call I have to solve an empty/useless ticket.
