Conditional fields in Zendesk mobile phone app

We recently installed the Conditional fields app in our Zendesk desktop client. The app is working fine, however we noticed that the Conditional fields app is not available/functional within our Zendesk mobile phone app ( version 1.7.0 ). Is it possible to have the Conditional fields feature functional within the mobile phone app ?

In my understanding, the conditional field app(CFA) is not responsive, but there is an EAP on conditional ticket fields(CTF) which is going to replace CFA. You can get early access from this link here:

I haven't been able to find out if it's responsive tho.

The Conditional Ticket Fields feature will be available across all devices and platforms (including mobile), so this should help with your use case.

Thank you for the responses, much appreciated, the CTF feature looks to be a great solution to our mobile phone app issue when supporting staff.

We have migrated to the new CTF solution, but it`s still not working in the mobile app. (android)

I reached out to our mobile team and they've informed me that CTF is live on mobile for both Android and iOS. Could you try uninstalling and re-installing the app to see if this feature works on your end?
