I was wondering if there's a way to set up a notification when I'm sending a message and there's no email address added to their contact?
When we get customer calls we often follow them up with messages. Most of our customers have an email address added to their contact details. But some customers don't or e.g. call from their mobiles. When we send the follow up emails it would be great to be notified if the message isn't going anywhere if there's no email address added to the contact.
