We are about to launch into zendesk talk, we use Jabra headphones. We plan to to take the calls via Browser. Our Jabra re-seller tells me that zendesk isnt compatible with Jabra, so several feature will not work. Including the option to answer the call on your bluetooth headphones or the USB-adapter (depending on if u use USB or bluetooth)
