I'm a new-to-Zendesk system admin and I'm trying to speed through the learning curve here, which is as cool as it is hard to do.
Looks like my teams will be pretty heavy on reporting, and being an SQL business intelligence guy I'm all about setting them up with great data delivered in useful and enjoyable ways.
Right now I'm trying to build a sort of typical Rows and Columns type of query where I list Assignees, Requesters, Ticket ID's and then also some timestamp stuff during the life of the tickets.
I can get some columns going, but they just bleed together even though the data is there, strictly speaking.
Here you can see that I get the asked for Assignee and Requester Names, but not in a format that I could use in a user facing dashboard:
How do I get nice columns?
