Zopim chat apps on Phase 1 account

    Hi Pavel,

    The apps framework today requires an active Support license and session to load, it cannot be independent of products at this point in time.

    There is no workaround for this unfortunately, so if an agent needs access to an app they will need to also have a seat in Support.
