We have standalone Zopim and standalone Zendesk accounts and we have integration set up between them. We have our own app for Chat that is not working propertly. Only few agents can see it, the others don't.
Thanks to Support, we found that in order for Chat app to work, agent must have active Zendesk Support session. Which is very strange. Zopim Phase 1 is standalone version, it can work without Zendesk Support. Why do I need zendesk Support license in order to make all features built in ZD Chat to work?
I get that Phase 1 is dinosaur and it'll die one day, but until that it would be good if this can be fixed.
