    Hi Joel,

    Thank you for your feedback. We are working on making Chat Keyboard shortcuts friendlier for non-English keyboard, but it's quite a substantial change, so it may take a while for the change to happen.

    As for making Chat keyboard shortcuts work in Support, we will look into it when we are revamping the chat app within Support in the future.

    Thanks. Easy jumping between ongoing chats and quickly toggle history view without our hands leaving the keyboard would be our first priority, as well as easy shortcuts to serve and terminate chats.

    Hi Yunen,

    When is the support/chat app revamp scheduled? Many of our members aren't willing to switch from Zopim to ZD Chat because shortcuts aren't available yet.

    Unfortunately, it's not in the roadmap for the next 6 months. We would update this thread when we have it plan in our roadmap.
