Track unreplied triggered message
BeantwortetKnow how many trigger based messages did not get any replies from visitors.
Divide the report by trigger.
Ex: Trigger1, Trigger X time, Chat started from this trigger.
Would be really hopeful to check if triggers are more annoying than helpful to customers...

Hi Natan,
Thanks for the great feedback, I agree with your point around better seeing what triggers are performing well or if they are actually firing correctly. It will even be useful if you want to split test the copy of the message sent from the trigger to see what is more effective.
Currently, there are no immediate plans to add this style of report to Zopim but if/when that changes we will update this thread to let you know.

Saw that this was posted over 1 year ago. Still no plans for this? With triggers being such a big part of Zendesk Chat I was surprised that this does not exist yet.
Hope we'll see it happen soon :)
