Zopim Chat direct access to user tickets

Thanks for the feedback. One thing that does exist now is the Zendesk panel inside of the chat panel when you are chatting with a customer, it looks like this:
Have you tried using this already? Clicking on the ticket will open it up so you can see the full details of the chat.

I cannot find this Zendesk panel. Could you please provide me with more instructions or a screenshot that shows how to get to the Zendesk panel?

Hi Ralph,
The panel will appear automatically once you have successfully integrated your Zendesk and Zopim account together.
There are a series of docs you can look over to get them connected: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203661666-Setting-up-Zopim-Chat-in-Zendesk
In your Zopim account, click on Account Settings and then the Zendesk tab to start the integration process.
