    Hi Nathan,

    Thanks for your feedback. There is no immediate plans to allow the account owner to change the transparency of the mobile chat button but there are things that you can do now that other customers have done if they don't want the chat button present all the time.

    You can use our Javascript API to hide the widget on load and then make the window open up/chat button appear when they tap on a link or button in your mobile website to start a chat using the API.
