On mobile chat, when browsing the website the customer will see the widget say "chat" or "message" - depending on if a rep is online to chat.
In these instances the widget is too intrusive, especially to those who don't want to chat or message at all.
To help with this Zopim should allow for adjustable transparency of that widget box. This would help it be less intrusive and making for a better browsing/shopping experience for those not wanting to chat/message.
