Set TImezone per department

    Hi Leigh,

    Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.  At this time, you can set different operating hours for each department.  With this, you could set the schedule for US team to 9AM-5PM for one day, and then you could set the schedule for the VN team to 10PM - 12AM for one day, and 12AM - 6AM for the next day.  By setting the schedule over the course of two days, you should be able to guarantee that the department is listed as online during their working hours.  Have you tried creating different schedules for each department like this?

    Hi, I have a question regarding the Time Zones per department. Is it possible to disable the Zopim Operating hours from the Chat widget .

    As you can see I set the operating hours for UK, but my Zopim account is set to the Europe/Berlin operating hours , that will make confusion between my customers.

    Is it possible to disable that?

    This is a required option, we have to set and show Operating hours to our clients on every countries.

    Hi Esther,

    There is an option inside of the operating hours tab of your account to display to visitors.  Simply disable that so they will not see the hours.  Screenshot included below -

    Manuel, thank you for your feedback.  I'm sure the Product Managers will keep it in mind if and when the functionality gets visited in the future.

    James, any updates on this? 

    It's crazy to setup triggers to specific countries.

    If my country changes the timezone +1 to +2 I have to edit every trigger to correct hours. Thats not good, because all triggers are by default for UTC 00:00.

    I have set on account options to UTC +2 Madrid, Spain right now, but I have agents for US, CO, MX, CL.

    Please, add specific timezones for departments and apply on triggers too.

    For example:

    Set Triggers by department timezone and global triggers.
