    What I was thinking is that the Q&A is built on the Microsoft side and then ZD Chat Bot can query the QnA database and provide natural language responses.

    While reading this post on MS TechCommunity, I was wondering the opposite. Would it be possible to use the ZD KB as source material for the chat bot created in https://www.qnamaker.ai/?

    Hey Edwin,

    You'd want to reach out to the developer of the chatbot you're attempting to use to see if this is possible. I want to say that it may be possible using the Help Center API, however, you'll want to confirm with them that you can pull this information.
