    Hi there R Balaji,

    Currently, we have no integrations or 3rd party providers that offer bot functionality inside of Zopim.

    Can you let us know what you want to achieve using bots with Live Chat? Is it to deflect chats with help center content? Some automations can be done with our Triggers feature but isn't as dynamic as a bot.

    Chat bot integration could be a really powerful evolution. As you suggested we’d consider it for deflecting chats to help center content.

    I’m straying off topic, but you mention using triggers to achieve a similar effect. Does anyone do this in a way that’s useful and reliable? I can imagine attempting to screen an initial message for keywords then trigger, but something tells me this would be hit-and-miss, so I’d be interested to know if someone does this well.
