    Hi Ahmed!

    Any Zopim account ownership changes must be done by the Zopim account owner. This link will take you to our article on Understanding and managing roles in Zopim, including how to make an ownership change in Zopim.

    If you are looking to remove Zopim from your Zendesk account, this can be done by the Zendesk account owner by navigating to Admin > Subscription > Cancel only my Zopim account.
