Transferred chats can't be accepted

    Hi Heather,

    We support transfer to a particular agent and transfer to the department. Are you facing issues with transfer to a particular agent or a department?

    Typically, a chat transferred to a particular agent should appear in their list of chats, at the top of the list. For chat transferred to a department, the agent needs to click on Serve Request and Accept Chat to continue the conversation.
