Some agents convert really well and some not so good.
We use chat routing feature.
We would love it if chats could get routed to high converting agents as priority and when all high agents have reached there maximum chats or are on invisible... for the chats to be routed to low converting agents.
We have tried and failed using API and Departments.. there doesn't seem to be something that can work.
It would be great if you could look into this feature.
