Zopim really needs a default "Admin" account. It's not right to charge your customers for another "agent" when a +1 agent is not needed. Since I'm the Web Administrator, I cannot be an agent but NEED to access settings/configuration without interrupting agents who are online speaking with customers.
At the very least, allow the Agent Administrator the ability to create a single non-agent user who cannot chat online but is able to log into the Dashboard as an administrator to make settings/configuration changes.
Your customers should NOT be forced to pay for an administrative user account!
