If you are using Zopim's mobile SDK there is currently no way to automatically prompt the user to leave a satisfaction rating. This means you have to reply on your agent manually sending the survey before they end each chat. Clearly this is not a reliable solution and leaves room for an agent to just not send a survey if the chat did not go well. There needs to be a way to automatically send out a survey after each chat. Currently I am hacking this by sending an email transcript of the chat to each customer and then sending the Zendesk CSAT survey to them.
