Hi, we use our Zopim chat to serve UK,German and Swedish users. We have set tree departments with their operating hours.
Sweden and Germany are in the same Time zone but not UK.
The problem is, when an UK customer looks at the Zopim widget it shows out Local Zopim account Time Zone which is set to (Europe/Berlin)
That creates confusion to my UK clients due to they will not know what the operating hours are based from.
If I read Europe/Berlin and then I see the operating hours that I set for the UK department from 08:00 to 5:00 pm (UK time ) . They will be really confused.
It will be impossible to have the chat in Latin America and make the customers calculate what is their real opening hours.
