    I forgot to mentioned that Zopim gave me a temporary solution which was to disable my UK operating hours.

    tried but is not possible I get a message saying that my department is no longer accepting chats, so I guess that I need to disable all Department operating hours to make it work.

    Hello,

    Thanks for writing in about setting and displaying department specific timezones in widget. I completely understand how this can be helpful. Unfortunately this is not on our 6 months roadmap but we will keep this feedback in mind while determining our future priorities.

    We also have the same issue, pretty much identical to Esther. Three departments, one each in London, Paris, and Amsterdam. We can't display operating hours for the UK without confusing our European customers, or vice versa. Any future work on stratifying departmental time zones would be a great help. Thanks.
