    Hi Adrian,

    ESET actually has a bug with their protocol filtering that breaks services that require websocket connections (like Zopim).

    The ESET team are aware of the issue and based on the post in their forums, a fix on their end should be released soon.

    In the meantime, you can temporarily disable protocol filtering or use a different anti-virus product.
