How to obtain unread messages in the iOS chat

    On the Zopim iOS app you can see each chat that you have served in the 'Chats' section. Each chat is represented with a line, with the end user's name to the left, and the number of unread messages in each particular chat to the right.

    Incoming chats will be displayed in the visitors section, and you can open them to view the request before taking the chat from the iOS app with the 'Join Chat' button.

    As well as the visitor list, you can also see the other agents in your account that are logged in and serving chat at that time by choosing 'Agents' at the top, to the right of 'Visitors'.
