    Hi DSI,

    Providing information on a potential solution.

    Do your email tickets only come from end-users?

    If yes, you could enable the Only Agents can add CCs ticket option and this would make sure that no CCs were on the ticket when it is created. 2nd option in screenshot below:

     

     

    This option would also disable end-users from being able to add cc at the help center, should that be enabled in your help center.

    We also noticed the "CC blacklist" option that may also be interesting for us.
