Ticket status in default languages

    Hello Teo,

    The API should return one of the following:
    "new", "open", "pending", "hold", "solved" or "closed"

    What endpoint do you use that returns it in the requester's locale? I know that's the case for ticket placeholders.

    When we GET a ticket.
    The ticket.status arrives in different languages depending on the request locale, I think.

    For that, I must check all the languages possibilities to filter by ticket.status

    Sorry, I think I make a mistake telling it.

    I'm not using your API, Zendesk it's sending me the ticket as a Json with a trigger. 
    And one of the properties is the {{ticket.status}}

    So, It's sending it with the language of the requester. 

    It's that possible to be changed so the trigger sends me in English as default.

    Hello Teo,

    The ticket placeholders are translated to the requester's locale indeed, because normally it's used to communicate back the the requester.

    I've run into a similar issue when using a trigger/HTTP target, but had to translate the statuses as well. Or you can only pass the ticket or comment ID and call the Zendesk API on your end to get the 'technical' status (and full ticket properties).

    I'll do the second way, I'll GET the full ticket sending only the ID with the trigger.
