    Closed tickets are locked. They cannot be reopened or updated in any way,for more information you can check this article: Can I edit closed tickets?

    How about a ‘solved’ ticket with bad rating? Is there a way we can create an automation that would change its status from Solved to Open?

    Yes riza,you can create trigger to change status from solved to open when you receive bad rating on your tickets.


    You can create appropriate trigger from here : Admin>Business Rules>Triggers.
