Sometimes we need to create tickets to communicate with our customers.
Currently on Zendesk, when I create a request for a customer, I have to define the requester who can only be an end-user and not just an organization.
I want to inform all the organization and not only one user of this organization because my communication may be ignored by the only user notified.
Is it plan to notify all users who are part of an organization of a request creation?
