    Using the advanced search, you can list suspended users with:

    is_suspended:true

    You can also refine this by date and tag.

    If you need a report, you can use Explore to identify suspended requesters and assignees.

    I believe that will be easier than the API.

    Graeme,

    Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems that Zendesk Explore enables us to create charts and analytics mostly based of of count. Just so I am not spinning my wheels do you have an example of a more detailed report that I can generate?

    For example a report which will show all tickets associated with a specific employee that have been solved?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Zendesk provide pretty good dashboards and queries out the box. You can clone their dashboards to see how the queries work and then add details if you feel you need more.

    In Explore, look for the Zendesk Support dashboard, then the assignee activity tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see assignee activity. This is an excellent overview of tickets by agent.

    But if you want to see individual solved tickets, click on a solved ticket value. A pop up menu will appear. Select 'decompose'.

    You can then analyse solved tickets by a variety of dimensions, including ticket id.

    This will add the ticket ID to the table giving you more detail.
