Adding timezone to the views

    Hi Juline,

    What an interesting case! :-)

    I'd use triggers and custom fields to solve your case;

    1. Create a dropdown field with all the different timezones

    2. Create triggers that check on timezones and selects the correct timezone from the above field as an action.

    3. Include the custom field to the view.

    We have custom timezones in the user, but that doesn't help with the ticket.  We are an outbound call center.  We want our agents to be served tickets via the timezones and not display tickets that are outside of our business hours in that timezone.

    Hi Juline,

    I'd still say the above solution is viable - but if you only want to see tickets from the different timezones in their respective business hours you could simply create a view based on a custom field for an example.
