I'm trying to look into why my customers cannot leave comments in my Help Center. I've already made sure that 'Open for comments' is enabled on the articles that I want it to, and 'Moderate content' in the Guide settings, and still there's no ability to comment on an article when I look at those articles in private mode.
Then I came here to ZD Community Support, and I see that comments need to also be enabled in my Help Center's theme. The instructions I saw here and here reference the "Copenhagen" theme, but we have a custom theme for our HC. There aren't any clear instructions on how to insert the code that will enable that for a custom theme. Either that, or if the instructions do exist, they aren't easily findable.
Anyone have any resources they can share?
