    Hey Nathan,

If you're using the Zendesk native Copenhagen theme you can achieve what you want by following these steps. Please be aware that these steps require to change some simple HTML and CSS.

    1. Go and edit your theme files, open the file named "header.hbs", and remove the code on line 8. (<span class="icon-menu" tabindex="0" role="button" aria-controls="user-nav" aria-expanded="false" aria-label="{{t 'toggle_navigation'}}"></span>)

    2. Now open your "style.css" file, and search for the following: ".user-nav" - by default, it's on line 449 in a non-customized Copenhagen theme. Change the value absolute for position to relative.

    3. Now search for ".nav-wrapper a". In defaulted Copenhagen theme without any CSS changes, it's placed at line 476. Below the "width: auto;" property and value, please add: "display:inline-block;", without the quotes,

Let me know if you succeed in what you need with the above steps, and that you can always press CTRL + Z in the editor if you didn't close the file. So test it before you close the file in the editor again ;-)
